Yesterday my oldest, my very first baby, turned 9. For some reason I am having a hard time with it. I think it is because double digits are next. NOOOO! In celebration (and because he was supposed to have a baseball game) I made some baseball cupcakes (baked in cake cones) and cut out baseball gloves from Sports Mania, cut a hole in them and put the cones in so it looked like a baseball in a glove. I thought they turned out very cute! They were also yummy! The kids (and grown-ups) enjoyed them. His party is this Sunday, I am not sure what I will make for those but I am sure some how the Cricut will be involved!
This is my personal blog that hopefully others will enjoy finding information on projects, ideas, etc. that I have created, scraplifted or borrowed :)

Easter...I cannot believe I forgot about Easter!
I cannot believe I forgot to post about Easter. Not that I did anything special but I did use the Cricut to decorate the Easter Eggs so I at least need to post that! I cut our names from the vinyl, put it on the eggs and then dyed them. Then I removed the Vinyl (you can see my son Kyle's egg with his vinyl on it before he dyed it). I think next year I will do some decorations. I think it was neat.
I also worked on a card tonight but it is not complete, I need to add some pictures but here it is for now. I will post a better picture once it is really done :)

Love the Plantin SchoolBook Cartridge Flower
Hello all. I have not been crafting as much because I have been actually going to bed once the kids are in bed, I am a little run down with my now 10 month old STILL not sleeping through the night. We are worried she may have some milk protein issues like my 2 year old so I think I have been spoiling her more than I need to at night and just need to finally let her cry it out for a few nights. Ahh, the joys of motherhood! I love the blog www.mypinkstamper.com and on Saturday she had a challenge for a chance to win a Create a Critter cartridge, which is adorable! So here is my submission: it had to have pink, green and black which I totally love the color combination of pink and green anyway, so I was excited to make it. I am obsessed with the flower on the Plantin SchoolBook cartridge so I had to use it (again) for this one. I loved using ribbon for the stem also, instead of paper. I think it added a nice little touch. Hope you like it!
