Let's Scrap-Leap around the World Blog Hop

I am so excited to be a blog host for such a fun and huge blog hop! I am a farily new member to Let's Scrap and love the inspiration that exudes from the site from all of the SUPER talented members!  

Here is the sketch I am showcasing for the hop


Here is my card using this sketch:





I really just used my paper trimmer, scissors, a stamp, some buttons and some twine to make this card!  It was easy peasy, lemon squeezy (as my kids would say)!  The thanks sentiment is from Pink By Design Big Sayings set (which I LOVE).

Now for the fun part! Here is the RAK(blog candy, prize, whatever) I am offering!

    Hi, Debbie, so far, yours is the most *literal* interpretation of the card sketch, and I applaud that. That said, I think your addition of the 3 buttons only enhances the sketch, so kudos to you! I am definitely going to do the card for you because I want the second chance to win that iROCK! hehe This is my FIRST blog hop, and what a huge one! This is definitely fun, but taking a lot of time--and I have yet to make a card! lol

    So excited that the blog has finally started, being in Australia, I am like 15 hours ahead of you girls and have been waiting an extra day.. now I wake up this morning bright and early and can FINALLY start playing with.. yipeee... thank you for all the hard work.. you girls are doing a great job ! I just love your example card (so fun and quick) and Debby has been doing a great job on the card sketches.. wow, how busy is she !!!

    This is a great thank you card! I recently became a follower so it's great to see what you do with the cricut too. I like blogging because I like the different ideas, but also because everyone's blogs are so different. There is SO much stuff out there, it's cool to see it :) The blog candy is awesome too!
